|2020 Call for Conference Proposals Guidelines|
Revised March 24, 2020
ATMAE and the IAJC invite members to submit proposal for their first ever joint conference scheduled October 7 - 9 in Louisville, Kentucky. Please be sure to read through the instructions before submitting your proposal. There are specific instructions outlined below for authors submitting proposals for ATMAE or for the IAJC programming.
ATMAE ORAL/POSTER PRESENTATION PROPOSAL GUIDELINES
All abstract proposals are selected for oral or poster presentation for ATMAE through a double-blind peer-review process by a review committee consisting of the Division and Focus Group leadership. The Authors' identities will not be known to the Reviewers, and the Reviewers will withhold their identity from the paper's Author.
There is a three-presentation limit for those listed as the primary presenter. Authors of abstracts accepted for oral presentation will receive an invitation to submit a full conference paper for publishing in ATMAE's Annual Conference proceedings. Authors of posters accepted for presentation are not eligible to submit a full conference paper. Authors that would like to publish their full paper in the IAJC journal must submit their abstract proposal for IAJC programming using the instructions below under IAJC ORAL/POSTER PRESENTATION PROPOSAL GUIDELINES
ATMAE WORKSHOP OR PANEL SESSION PROPOSAL GUIDELINES
We encourage members to submit a proposal for a conference workshop or panel session that is aimed at providing content or training on topics of interest to our members and industry. The proposals will be reviewed by the 2020 Annual Conference Committee for acceptance in the conference schedule.
IAJC ORAL/POSTER PRESENTATION PROPOSAL GUIDELINES
If your abstract is accepted for presentation for IAJC programming at the conference, you will be invited to submit a related full paper, which will be reviewed for journal publication in the IAJC journals (journal details available through the IAJC website: www.IAJC.org).
NOTE: A full paper is NOT required for you to attend and present an abstract. However, you must attend and present your work in order for your accepted full paper to be published in a journal after the conference.
