We are excited to announce the creation of the following three new CIP codes: Applied Engineering 2020 CIP Code: 14.0103, Applied Engineering Technologies/Technicians 2020 CIP Code: 15.001 and Science/Technology Management 2020 CIP Code: 52.0216. This is significant for ATMAE and the programs that fall within our member institutions. We will release more information on the new CIP Codes in the coming weeks and provide an overview in detail at the 2019 Annual Conference scheduled November 6-8 in Charlotte.

ATMAE announces new MEMS - Microelectro Mechanical Systems Foundation Certification (MFC)
The MFC Certification Program is designed to serve students from 2-year, 4-Year and advanced secondary programs. The exam is broad-based and covers foundational topics related to the background, theory, and skills involved in microsystems fabrication. The exam is geared to individuals who have completed the nine MEMS Foundations online short courses offered by the Support Center for Microsystems Education (SMCE). The SCME courses are free! JTMAE’s Editorial Team would like to invite qualified members to become a reviewer for JTMAE. The success of the Journal is dependent on a dedicated “team of experts” who can review fairly and in a timely manner. Reviewers are judged by their publication’s records, whether they have expertise in one or more of the areas covered by the journal and are willing to volunteer their time to review the original versions and revised versions of manuscripts submitted to the journal. Select ATMAE_Talk Discussion Group for Members of ATMAE
Select Subscription Type (Regular or Digest)
Click on Subscribe.
You will receive an email confirming your subscription. Once your subscription is confirmed you can send an email directly to the group using the address: ATMAE_TALK@LISTS.ATMAE.ORG and if you “Reply” to an email, it will go to the entire group. You can include attachments in your email, and everyone will get the attachment (remember to keep files to minimal size).

Members may join an ATMAE Division, Focus Group and other Special Groups. Joining these groups will connect you to the online community which provides access to the Group's Member Directory, Forum and Discussion Blogs. Be the first to know about a group activity, meetings and annual conference details.
To join a Group, sign into your ATMAE membership account. Once logged in, click 'Groups' on the main menu at the top of the page. This will display 'My Groups' which is a current list of the ATMAE groups that you have already joined. The 'Available Groups' menu on the right of your screen will list groups that are still available for you to join. Just click 'Join Group' to subscribe/join any of the ATMAE groups.
